Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor degree / Diploma in IT with 2 to 5 years of experience, preferably in FM background.
  • Experience in providing Desktop & Network support for the users based on the Helpdesk Call ( L1 Support ).
  • Strong troubleshooting knowledge on Windows 7/8/10 OS Systems.
  • Responsible for installation/configuration, operation and maintenance of system hardware and software related infrastructure.
  • To work on Antivirus console in monitoring the security breaches and set up policies.
  • Maintain the IT Asset Management System ensuring that all assets are recorded, Labeled and updated/removed when required in the System.
  • Assisting the CAFM Specialist for generating report and project implementation.
  • UAE Driving license is mandatory.
  • Available to join immediately.

  • Experience in leading and facilities strategic source selection and building a strong vendor network.
  • Demonstrated proficiencies in cost savings/control, vendor evaluations and contracts management.
  • Strong skills in negotiation and supplier management.
  • Problem solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Good Communication, organizational interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office with advanced excel skills.
  • Having UAE valid driving license is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for driving the customer experience through proactive and customer focused behaviors and actions.
  • Actively evaluates customers’ needs by listening, providing solutions and making recommendations to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Effective complaint management – Handle and resolve customer complaints via calls / emails.
  • Gather Customer feedback via calls.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

  • Graduate (in any stream)
  • 2+ years’ experience in a customer service (Contact center experience handling Inbound & outbound calls) / BPO
  • Proficiency with MS Office.
  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal & written.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong sense of professionalism and discretion required.
  • Diploma / Bachelor degree with minimum 6 years of experience with in UAE, preferably in contracting / FM industry.
  • Hands on experience in commercial and quantity surveying,
  • Expertise in reporting on expenditure and forecast draw-down against revision of cost to completion.
  • Responsible for establishing a system of financial control on a monthly basis for reporting and forecasting cost against allowances.
  • Strong skills in Negotiation and resolving contractual matters.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office with advanced Excel skills.
  • Having UAE valid driving license is an advantage.
  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical ) with minimum 3 to 5 years’ or Diploma with 05- 07 years of managerial experience in Maintenance & Facilities Engineering.
  • Strong Technical Knowledge of FM industry and Project Management experience.
  • Demonstrable strengths in FM contracts’ management including SLAs and KPIs
  • Proven leadership and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multilingual and multinational FM teams & service providers.
  • High standards of commitment in Customer service, HSE and service quality.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • UAE driving license and Gulf FM domain experience desirable
  • Diploma / Graduate in Engineering degree with minimum 4 years of experience with in UAE, Preferably in contracting / FM industry.
  • Responsible for studies, analyses and evaluates tender documents from a technical point of view in order to identify risk factors and to ensuring relevant standards for the overall risk assessment and bid decision.
  • Expert in Bid evaluation & Identifies labor, material, and time requirement by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications and related documents.
  • Problem Solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office with advance excel skills.
  • Having UAE valid driving license is an advantage.
  • Relevant technical qualification with minimum 4 years of experience in the facilities management / maintenance industry.
  • Must have got Middle East work experience in working as in-charge of swimming pool, fountain , water feature etc.
  • Good knowledge on maintenance practices and procedures of swimming pool pump and chlorination systems, Fountain, plumbing and water features.
  • Understanding of DM / ADM statutory requirements for testing swimming pool water quality and pH balance, chlorination, of fountain ,water feature , swimming pool operation and maintenance.
  • Must hold a valid UAE driving license.
  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Civil) with minimum 6 to 9 years’ managerial experience in Maintenance & Facilities Engineering.
  • Strong Technical Knowledge of FM industry and Project Management experience.
  • Demonstrable strengths in FM contracts’ management including SLAs and KPIs
