  • Bachelor degree with 5+ years of purchasing experience in UAE, preferably in Contracting/FM industry.
  • Experience in leading and facilitating strategic source selection and building a strong vendor network.
  • Demonstrated proficiencies in cost savings/control, vendor evaluations and contracts management.
  • Strong skills in negotiation and supplier management.
  • Problem solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills.
  • Having UAE valid driving license is an advantage.

Relevant technical qualifications and minimum 2 years of experience in the facilities management / maintenance industry is required. Having UAE valid driving license is an advantage.
